MadeForThem will host their 3rd Annual ARTofFREEDOM—Sacramento at Beatnik Studios. An interactive art experience and event to raise awareness and financial resources to combat human trafficking—benefitting local non-profit The Grace Network, in existence to mobilize and resource communities throughout the Sacramento region to combat human trafficking locally and beyond.

Located near Del Paso Heights, TGN owns and operates GraceCity, a neighborhood-based community center dedicated to serving urban youth and families through arts, counseling, education, employment and outreach programs. GraceCity addresses the issue of human trafficking in the urban context through holistic services that reach a vulnerable population. Over 500 people are being touched by these efforts annually.

Guests at ARTofFREEDOM will hear an inspirational story from a local survivor along with experts on the issue of human trafficking and those making a significant impact against modern day slavery.

Walk through a hands-on art experience, led by mixed media artist, Robin King, to create a masterpiece all your own. From the novice to the experienced, everyone will leave inspired and with their own piece of art to take home with them.

In addition to an art experience, guests will be greeted with live music and hospitality along with artisan food/drink. They will have an opportunity to participate in a wine grab and silent auction, as well as a live dessert auction! Come hear from community leaders on how you CAN make a difference and leave with a sense of inspiration and empowerment.
